About the event
In this class we'll be exploring the natural phases we move through during times of change, including endings, pauses, and new beginnings. This class blends gentle teaching with guided reflection to help you identify where you are in your own life cycle and how to move through it with greater clarity and self trust. There is no pressure to share, no fixing, and expectation to transform. This sacred supportive space is designed to help you orient yourself and honor your current season.
